SALES / TENDER TEAM

Purpose: To seek new tender business, design integrated security
solutions, and secure profitable contracts.
· Key Requirements:
- Post-matric qualification or equivalent.
- Senior sales experience essential, specifically in the security industry.
- Experience reading and understanding RFQs, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Ability to conduct site surveys and design complex security solutions.
- Strong knowledge of proposal costing, budget management, and tender submission processes.
- Computer literate (MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
- PSIRA Grade B is a company requirement.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
GENERAL INFORMATION
· Location: Polokwane, Limpopo.
· Experience: All candidates must have proven experience in the security industry. Preference will be given to those with a strong track record in their respective fields.
