HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Purpose: To oversee all HR functions, ensure compliance with labour legislation, and manage employee relations within the security industry. ·
Key Requirements:
- · Relevant HR qualification (Degree or Diploma).
- · Extensive HR experience, specifically within the security industry.
- · Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA) and PSIRA requirements.
- · Experience managing Industrial Relations (IR), including CCMA cases and disciplinary hearings.
- · In-depth knowledge of security sector compliance (NBCPSS, SASSETA, COIDA, UIF).
- · Proven ability to manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures. · High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- · Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
GENERAL INFORMATION
· Location: Polokwane, Limpopo.
· Experience: All candidates must have proven experience in the security industry. Preference will be given to those with a strong track record in their respective fields.
